The record states when we last looked, not a > score that rots between looks. ## What this is - Every endpoint we hold has one canonical page. There are no per-metric variant pages. - A server is published once we hold at least 3 observations of it. Below that the page exists but is excluded from search indexes: the endpoint is real, we simply have too little history to say anything useful. - Records are observational. Endpoints are recorded, observed and archived. - Servers operated by an affiliated entity are disclosed on their page and excluded from every ranking and from any aggregate presented as independent evidence. ## What the chain proves, and what it does not - It proves that a given root existed by a given time. - It does NOT prove that any measurement is true. These are different claims and we never blur them. ## Scale of this build - Endpoints archived: 53 - Distinct hosts among them: 51 — endpoint counts and operator counts are not the same thing, and a single operator can hold many endpoints. - Reconciliation: 55 endpoints held · 54 published (1 below the observation threshold) · 1 affiliated and excluded from independent figures · 53 counted as independent, across 51 distinct hosts. - Published snapshots: 4 (as of 2026-08-09) - Snapshot counts are NOT all the same basis.
